Prices and payment
Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Any taxes or payment-provider charges that apply will be shown before payment. A purchase is complete only after payment succeeds.
Terms of sale

These terms apply to digital image sets, buyer guides, and custom work. The customer-owned managed hosting section explains the planned service before it opens.
Seller. Joe Straight Magic is an independent online seller based in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. Rostami Magic is a separate third party, and Inject is sold separately through online magic dealers. Joe Straight Magic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rostami Magic or Inject.
Who may purchase
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract. If you are under the legal adult age where you live, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.
What you receive
The product page and checkout show the current image count, styles, and included guides. Paid image sets include their applicable hosted JStr8Pix paths, and digital buyer files are delivered by email. Physical goods are not shipped.
Your license
Ready-made products are licensed to one buyer for personal use and commercial magic performances. Sharing, reselling, rehosting, or distributing the files or private links is not allowed.
Third-party tools
Some guides may describe use with third-party software. That software is sold separately. A purchase does not include an Inject account or guarantee compatibility with every future version.
Legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a local law gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.
Custom work
Terms for commissioned projects.
Deposit and balance
Larger custom projects normally require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before the final high-resolution files or live hosted links are delivered.
Revisions
Two reasonable revision rounds are normally included. New concepts, added outcomes, or work outside the approved scope are quoted separately.
Cancellation
Before production begins, a paid deposit can be refunded. After work begins, only the unearned part is refundable; completed work and committed third-party costs are not.
Rights
Standard custom pricing does not automatically include exclusive ownership or resale rights. Private, exclusive, or buyout rights require a separate written agreement.
Planned customer-owned hosting

These terms do not apply to the hosted paths already included with purchased Joe Straight Magic image sets.
Planned terms
When the service opens, customer-owned image hosting is planned for 1, 3, or 5 years. A selected term would begin when the working links are delivered.
Lifetime hosting
Lifetime hosting is not part of the public price chart. It would require a separate written agreement, if offered at all, and would never mean permanent or unlimited internet access.
Renewal and grace period
The planned fixed-term service includes a 30-day grace period after expiration. Customer-owned links may stop working after that period unless the service is renewed.
Your backup
Always keep your original files. If the hosting service ever closes, reasonable notice and an opportunity to retrieve current files will be provided when practical.
